Hey everyone, I hope you are all doing well! There has been a lot of transition in this past year, beginning with adding a 5th child, Baby Jordan, who we introduced in our last video update! In this update, I share a brief ministry update plus an exciting opportunity God has given us (so pay attention)!
A Brief Ministry Update:
The Church and ministry has been going well. We have had a bit of a different year this year. In fact, no other year has been like it! For the most part, I have been focusing my time and energy internally. Meaning, I’m mostly focused on teaching, discipleship, leadership training, and counseling!
As strange as it may seem, I’ve also been feeling a strong pull towards writing, so I have begun writing on my blog again. My focus is mostly on helping people apply the gospel to every area of their life! I’d love it if you would subscribe to my blog and check out some of my posts!
I’ve also begun writing my first ebook, so stay tuned for more details!
An Exciting Opportunity
A couple of months ago I was contacted about possibly speaking at the 2017 SE Calvary Missions Conference! It was an unexpected blessing! I have always had a heart to minister to other pastors and missionaries and I’m blessed to be given the chance to do so.
I will be speaking during one of the main sessions as well as leading a workshop and participating during a panel discussion. You can find out more about the conference here.
Call To Action:
The conference will cover my expenses and the hotel. However, we would love for the whole family to be able to go and experience the conference. In order for them to join me, we will need to raise the necessary support. Our plan is to go for 10 days total. The conference is 3 days, then the remaining time would be spent connecting with family, supporters, and people we meet at the conference.
Would you please donate to help us make the 10 day trip?
We are aiming to raise a total of $2500 to cover airfare, food, fuel, and other expenses while traveling.
You can donate here.
All Financial gifts are tax-deductible.
Thank you for taking the time to watch this update video and read this post! We truly appreciate all you do to support our family and ministry in Costa Rica!
Blessings to you!
